Starbucks Mobile Order & Pay Guide
As Singapore entered the second phase of the pandemic (COVID-19), the objective of this video was to educate both customers and baristas on the use of Mobile Order & Pay. The video aimed to promote and guide users through the process, highlighting how this feature would enhance efficiency for both customers and the business.
Given the tight timeline for creating this informational visual guide, the pre-production phase was carefully planned to focus on the most essential elements of the 'Mobile Order & Pay' feature.
During the production phase, I incorporated several creative aspects to make the guide more engaging and relatable to the target audience. By adding a touch of narrative storytelling, I aimed to connect with viewers and help them see how this feature could benefit them in their everyday situations.
This visual guide was recognized for its effectiveness and was selected as one of the Top 5 in a competition for informative guides on this topic.
